Teeth aren't the only thing Emmylou's been growing lately. Check out the fuzz ball of a noggin she has going on these days! We're taking it easy today as it's rainy and cold (!) but we're so excited because Aunt Emmy is coming in town tonight! Gary and Eric left for Dallas this morning for the TX-OU game so we're going to have us a girls weekend up here. Tomorrow we're going to Havre de Grace, MD (where Eric and Missy live) to spend the day with Missy and the kids. We're going to put on our sweaters (squeal of delight), go for a hayride and then go apple and pumpkin picking! Missy couldn't believe it when I told her that I've never actually seen an apple tree in person before, but I'm guessing she's never picked the fruit off of a prickly pear cactus before! Maybe one day we'll get to show her how that's done.
