This afternoon we went to the Howl-O-Ween Dog Costume Competition and Baltimore Dog Festival! It was in our neighborhood a few blocks down so first we went to the Austin Grill for lunch and then checked out the costumed canines. Unfortunately, Miss Lola was not allowed to go because she doesn't have the best manners around other dogs. Here are some photos from the afternoon:
