Last Sunday it was kind of rainy and gross outside but Emmylou was happy to try out her new rain boots and raincoat.

Loved the raincoat and boots. Emmylou looks as though she is having fun playing in the rain. When Andrew was little he used to play in the rain and turn the hose on all the time. Ann Codlin
